Legends Pinball 4KP Jurassic Park [SE]

I want to give 5 stars but cannot (yet) because unfortunately the backglass I received does not work! The playfield and DMD do work, as well as the SSF, and the game play so far is AWESOME (I have Jurassic Park. The Jurassic Park games are great as well as the panel art!) I did have some early trouble downloading games, but that has been resolved and everything works from the AppStoreX. Would REALLY like the backglass to work… have tickets in but have not yet resolved. Support has been generally pretty good and responsive (3-5 days, though first response ticket was responded to same day). I’m not the most patient guy in the world, but glad I can actually play and just wanted to resolve the backglass issue for the full experience. Will give 5 stars when resolved and everything works!!

The 4k pinball machine arrived packaged nicely with no damage and setup was easy. I am not able to add tables to it though that I paid for and customer support has been of no help in getting them to work on my machine or with issuing a refund. There was a poorly done firmware update that made many functions on the machine glitchy or nonfunctioning. This would be a great machine though if it worked as advertised or if there was any sort of customer support.

It’s an amazing machine. Very detail oriented. Feels like real game play with the ssf kit installed. Love it!!!!!

I ordered my Pinball 4K from the official website, but I only received one of the two boxes... which means I can't use what I bought. I have had a ticket open on the portal since August 21, and I haven't received any kind of response. Atgames, could you pls respond to your customer?

I purchased this Jurassic Park pinball on December 26th. I have made a payment every month since. On August 6th a payment was taken out automatically for my August payment. 10 days later my JPP was locked by the company saying my payment was late. I filed a ticket a week ago. My JPP is still locked. When I pull up my Atgames account it shows the correct number of payments and balance, but it shows that my August payment is late. It gives me an option to make a regular payment which would put me a month ahead just to unlock JPP. Of course the payment fails every time I try to pay. It does give you an option to pay the machine off early. I have been told through the Atgames community that this option will work. Unfortunately, this wasn't the affordable finance agreement that Atgames made. Buyer beware.
