Great product but hard to get in europe

I really love the look of my ALU with the installed BitLCD. It looks really great and works perfectly for me.
I had the luck to get it on amazon shipped to europe via amazon global shipping. But for some reason this isn't possible anymore and so it isn't available for European customers anymore.
I have one request: don't forget your European customers, there are numerous sales partners here, but not a single one of them supplies the BitLCD.

Broken product- customer service is lacking

I have been bending over backwards attempting to get this device working. And it’s clearly not working properly after weeks of online sleuthing. Their customer service is horrible, they are doing everything they possibly can to not exchange my product. They have had me send video after video expaining all the ways it’s broken. I just want a new one that works! Don’t buy this product unless you are willing to potentially lose $400 plus dollars.

If Atgames actually gives me an exchange I would gladly remove this review. So frustrated and unhappy with this service right now. Such a bummer, I love their arcade cabinet. But now I’m worried that will break and they will never honor my warranty there as well.

Bit-lcd

Received a bad usb cable and company never replied or tried to help. I had to run to Best Buy to get a new one. Don’t recommend. They make it very difficult for you to get a hold of them.

I found the BitLCD incredibly difficult to mount / slightly bent the face screws / had to order a USB strip to avoid taking BitLCD on and off every time to update software. Wish there was an easier way to obtain updates

Love it!

I got this on sale for my birthday. It is very high quality and brighter than my Legends screen. I had an issue while installing it. After trying a lot of things, it ended up that the ferrite bead on the USB cable had to be next to the screen and not the control box. Once I switched it around, that made it work for me.
