Addams Family 4K

I bought the machine back in September when they started the factory direct pricing. I was a bit skeptical about the game with the reviews of game lag. I have not experienced the lag problems. Everything has worked as expected. I also picked up the surround sound add on and wired it in and it makes a big difference in the gameplay. With all of the haptic feedback I feel like it was a good purchase.
I did have a problem after updating the firmware with my game login ID. It would indicate that I was logged in and out. Tables, purchases, AppStore and customization would show up and go away. After emailing customer support and getting a long response with several fixes I ended up deleting and reentering my ID and going to settings and doing a clean up. All of that worked perfectly and have been enjoying since.
The value is good, it is fun to play. It was shipped sooner than I had expected.
The only downside was that it was supposed to come with Addams Family artwork on the D pad and it came with the original artwork instead.

Is this for real

I think the money down is fair and has no problem with it. Very happy so far with everything. Was just wondering on how to set up to pay for the rest of it
