Control board not working still

I swapped out the control board with a new one and the left joystick works but now the addon X games and the UCE games on flash drive won't load. The onboard games work but now the USB ones. I've been talking to customer support for the last four days and they want me to send them video of it not working and when I bought it and the part number. I don't understand why there isn't someone I could talk to like a 1800 number so I can just tell someone what's wrong and it could be fixed faster then me filming a video, uploading a video, waiting on a response and hoping that it gets fixed. I have ALU, gamer pro, ALP and ALP 4K.. I do like and support the company and I'm hoping for the best.

Just What The Doctor Ordered

Easy to install and it fixed my ALU right up. If your ALU is experiencing input problems, this may be what you need. Talk to the awesome people at AtGames first, but if your CTR board ends up being the problem, it's an easy swap.
