Don't get me wrong, the machine is great as long as you don't need the advertised OTG, the main reason i bought my machine was to play OTG and it stopped working after their forced firmware updates. Who knows what else will just stop working, maybe next time it's a function you want and values, i would think twice before buying it.

The machine came nicely packaged with not damage. After assembly i found that the d pad would not work when pushing down. Had to fill a ticket out and a replacement is suppose to be on the way. My main complaint is i bought it to also play my OTG tables but apparently it stopped working right before i bought it. Which would have stopped my purchase. I was charged for this service and i hope it will be fixed soon or i get a refund for my $100. I'm sure your aware of the outcry on social media about this and i hope a fix is coming soon.

No customer service (3 reviews at games deleted) I ordered my machine in time for Christmas. It was shipped and arrived timely. I ordered the premium starter version because I wanted the control deck art. When the machine arrived, I immediately sent service ticket to customer service on 12/23 because the control deck was incorrect. They finally responded on 12/30 wanting my order number and pictures. I immediately responded with all the required information. Today is January 6 and I still have not received any communications from the company. It has been almost 2 weeks and this issue is still not resolved (or even addressed). If you order from this company, pray they send you what you paid for. Atgames is selling machines that they don’t even stock. Total false advertising. Here is the email admitting they do not stock this machine and want to compensate me with a free game. Total crap! (It took 2 weeks for them to respond). Dear Greg, Very sorry to hear that your 4K control panel arrived without the decal. Unfortunately, we do not have these control panels in stock, as the artwork decal is applied at the factory. ​We will be happy to offer you compensation for this however and Addam's Family decals are also available via third party if you wish to get one in the future. ​If you'd like to be compensated, please provide me with a gamepack of your choice (non-ZEN) and I will have our team provide you with a redemption code ASAP. This is the response I received. I guess it’s ok if the manufacturer makes a mistake. They refuse to fix it. Here is their response: Hi Gregory, Yes and again, we apologize for the delay due to the busy Holiday season, as we are a very small company and are getting to these as quickly as possible, based on queue and issue type. No, it is not false advertising, as the control panel does come with the art and unfortunately, yours did not, likely due to a production error. This is not a common issue and does not affect your gameplay in anyway. While we regret that this happened, please note that by returning the device for a refund, your shipping charges are non-refundable. This would mean your total, minus $200.

I would love to be writing a positive review for my Addam's Family pinball machine but I can't. I was involved with the preorder machines which went very well. I also own their ALP HD pinball and their Ledgends Ultimate arcade cabinet so I am all in with AtGames.

All was working as advertised until January 15 of this year (2025). A firmware update was released that made their otg mode (the supported feature in which you can hook up your pc and play Windows based pinball games on their hardware) unplayable.

I reported the issue, along with others, and it's been over 5 weeks that this core feature has been unusable. After many weeks of waiting I tried to work with support, asking if I could temporarily roll back my firmware with the understanding that if anything wasn't working, I wouldn't expect support and was answered with a hard no.

I'm at the point of determining if I should gut the cabinet and reuse the parts or wait AtGames out. My fear is that I may be forced into gutting the cabinet and repurposing it as a dedicated windows vpin as they've have shown me nothing to feel like this is a priority issue.

Buy at your own risk as you never know what might just stop working.
