I ordered my machine in time for Christmas. It was shipped and arrived timely. I ordered the premium starter version because I wanted the control deck art. When the machine arrived, I immediately sent service ticket to customer service on 12/23 because the control deck was incorrect. They finally responded on 12/30 wanting my order number and pictures. I immediately responded with all the required information. Today is January 6 and I still have not received any communications from the company. It has been almost 2 weeks and this issue is still not resolved (or even addressed). If you order from this company, pray they send you what you paid for.

Atgames is selling machines that they don’t even stock. Total false advertising. Here is the email admitting they do not stock this machine and want to compensate me with a free game. Total crap! (It took 2 weeks for them to respond). Dear Greg, Very sorry to hear that your 4K control panel arrived without the decal. Unfortunately, we do not have these control panels in stock, as the artwork decal is applied at the factory. ​We will be happy to offer you compensation for this however and Addam's Family decals are also available via third party if you wish to get one in the future. ​If you'd like to be compensated, please provide me with a gamepack of your choice (non-ZEN) and I will have our team provide you with a redemption code ASAP.

This is the response I received. I guess it’s ok if the manufacturer makes a mistake. They refuse to fix it. Here is their response: Hi Gregory, Yes and again, we apologize for the delay due to the busy Holiday season, as we are a very small company and are getting to these as quickly as possible, based on queue and issue type. No, it is not false advertising, as the control panel does come with the art and unfortunately, yours did not, likely due to a production error. This is not a common issue and does not affect your gameplay in anyway. While we regret that this happened, please note that by returning the device for a refund, your shipping charges are non-refundable. This would mean your total, minus $200.

Everything I was expecting. You really get the feeling you are playing a real pinball machine! Highly recommend for any game room!

Love the table and different games! Easy to put together and after the firmware update was playing in no time. Great graphics, sounds and lights! Not quite the same as the real thing, but at a fraction of the cost it is a great addition to our rec room!

Having a lot of fun with the Adams Family pinball machine. It was packed extremely well, very easy to assemble, and the updates all loaded as expected. Really enjoy playing the machine and made my first pinball pack purchase for additional games, specifically the Dr Zeus with the Grinch. We were hoping to have these games for the nieces and nephews to enjoy over Christmas holiday but the code we received does not work and customer support is lacking. I have now been asked the same questions in multiple emails, and all I can do is send them the same answers. I would gladly give this system 5 stars but the lack of customer service on a simple purchase has me concerned if I were to run into a real issue with the system. They seem to think they can resolve all issues with email communication, and it takes days to get a reply, which has just been more of the same questions. I sent them the receipt of purchase, the code that does not work and the error I receive. Their reply was, have you entered the code correctly and did you purchase from the 4K site. Yes and Yes, have been my answers each time. Again, five star machine and it's a shame the 1-star service drags down the review.

I am so happy with my purchase. I have a friend with an arcade 1up table and my 4k table is superior to table is size resolution and game play. It is well worth the price I paid.
