Purchasing peanuts, pinball table 4K

Went online purchased the peanuts pinball table. 4K got a redeem code. Try to enter it on my table. I’m logged into my account. Enter the code. I cannot redeem it. Redeem is great out not happy. I am updated the firmware when I first turned it on and when I scroll Past settings to try to go to App Store X it disappears and then appears again. It will not stay so I can access all the other games. I don’t dare on purchasing another game and losing money and not being able to install the game on the table. Hopefully, they can help me fix this problem. The table does not show up in my digital Locker either.

With the infamous lag fix - and the SSF kit - this thing is the Goods

The lag is fixed! That was the only thing holding me back from the 5-star review. It was a bit of a wait, but I am glad that AtGames didn't waver from the quest to really fix it, and glad they were as transparent as they could be. I think that's a sign that they do care about customer service, and that they are getting better at it.

That said, the machine is fantastic and I can't stop playing. Here's the thing though: GET THE SSF KIT. TRUST ME. It is next level. Not only the sounds the **feel** ... you actually FEEL the ball moving around the table! It's amazing. I can't say enough good about it.

It LOOKS great, it SOUNDS great, it FEELS great, it PLAYS great. If you're on the fence, hop off. Buy it. If you insist, order it without the SSF kit, but I'm telling you, the SSF kit makes this thing completely next level.

Not a Happy with purchase

I got the Adam’s Family Premium Starter kit and from day hasn’t worked. I can’t play any of the 4K tables, even the Adam’s Family table is missing from the machine. I’m not happy with Atgames, I currently have a trouble ticket open and haven’t heard anything back about it. I will pursue legal action against them if this isn’t resolved quickly. This is an expensive purchase for it not working out of the box as advertised.

Overall happy with the machine

Just received the Addams family 4K premium starter for $1249 at games advertises the free control panel deck, art with the Addams family theme, but I just received the standard legends 4K logo on my machine. I opened up a ticket #. Minor cosmetic damage on left side of head display scratched . Item was packed well.
