Very unfortunate Christmas experience

We bought this for our son who is a massive Jurassic Park fan. We assembled on Christmas Eve since it was from Santa only to power it up to a busted display panel. There was no shipping box damage, however, there was a broken clip on the upper monitor connection and cracked housing behind one of the rear legs. The damage behind the leg is hidden so that is not a big deal but with the packing used it is highly unlikely this screen was functional before it left the factory. A support case has been opened and I hope it is a smooth process but I can’t say this is a good first impression.

You Complete Me

I am beyond happy with this pinball machine, which completes my home arcade room. It arrived well packaged and assembly was quick. Online setup was easy. I recommend buying the Charlie Brown Christmas table for $5 dollars. It’s actually my favorite table so far. Everything about this product screams quality. You definitely get what you pay for with this machine. It sounds and feels fantastic; unbelievably realistic. I am one happy customer!

Thrilled

Been wanting a pinball forever and Absolutely thrilled with this machine. Great feel sound graphics reverb and table options. Love it. However it did have some minor damage to the interior of the back cabinet. It must have been dropped and the pressboard around the screw connectors broke off but it’s still is solid and does not affect the external visuals. Hopefully it hold up as I don’t want to send back.

It is a great toy for the whole family.

Amazing

The pinball machine is very well built and high quality. I have been so pleased with getting the 4k pinball machine and wised I got it earlier but happy that I got the Jurassic Park theme. Love the pinball machine and loads of fun for the entire family. The artwork is very good which is perfect for the kids that love Jurassic Park. The library of games is large and all work great without lag issues.

I highly recommend the 4K pinball and would not wait longer as you are missing out. Very excited to see all the tables that will be announced for next year. Very impressed with Atgames
