Received delivery final delivery early this week but didn't build till Saturday... Both my bottom piece and upper piece arrived severely cracked to the point I'm considered about the top half long term... put it together amd seems to function wonderfully... would be 5 stars if arrived undamaged.

My 4KP Sea of Thieves machine arrived well packaged and with no damage. Machine was easy to assemble with everything well labeled and installing 1st day update was a smooth process. Machine looks great and I specifically have had people comment on how the speaker grill graphics pop. I will say, regarding the sound with SSF kit, that some of the reviewers on places like YouTube might go a little overboard on the “game changing” praise but it certainly sounds good and I’ve had no problems so far with 1 week of play. Obviously I can’t speak on the longevity of things like the buttons, speakers, etc but everything does seem like a step up in quality from other home arcade products I have owned. Overall, I am very happy with my machine and am having fun playing the many tables available, my favorites being Chucky, South Park, and Back to the Future so far. Looking forward to all the new tables coming out in the future.
