Failed just in time to be out of warranty

While I love my ALU, my trackball only lasted to about a week after the 90 day warranty period. I am not impressed with the poor quality of this trackball. To spend the amount of money on this machine it costs, and barely get over 3 months of trackball use only playing centipede and millipede is ridiculous!
Now I have to pay another $50 plus ship already and wait indefinitely as it's not even in stock. It's clearly a known issue by the reviews here and discussions everywhere online including requiring a shim kit to reinforce it. Due to its size being different than other available trackballs, we are stuck buying a replacement of the same poor quality that's not going to last either. Not good customer service at all.
I have seen replys by your company stating you take quality control very seriously repeatedly. The huge amount of issues with this item over a long period of time says otherwise. Please stop making excuses and provide a quality replacement!

Trackball Replacement

My "Legends Ultimate" arcade needs a new trackball. I intend to purchase a replacement but have a challenge. When I removed my console and turned it over, there are no screws to remove the hard plastic cover!!! It appears to be a sealed unit. How am I supposed to remove the housing to get to the trackball? My model number is: HA8802S.

Garbage

Very low quality for an expensive trackball. I wish they made a higher quality trackball alternative. I took mine apart and nothing but broken pieces of plastic. It's also a unique size so you can't purchase an aftermarket quality replacement trackball. Thank you Atgames for making this priority.

Track Ball

Track Ball works great exactly like the original one. I just wish there was an upgraded one to the actual arcade style.
